How do I get a hold of Customer Service?
Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm EST to talk to a real human, ME. Please note that this is a small company, so if I am not able to pick up your call please leave a voicemail with your contact information. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours (on business days). You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quicker response.

All credit cards/debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, yes, even Discover) along with PayPal.
What about Sales Tax?
Sales tax is added to all orders shipped in the State of New York.
For consultations, tax will be added when you check out at the end of your shopping experience.
When will my order ship?
Essence & Aroma makes every effort to ship items within three business days. Someone from the team will contact you if there is a delay with your shipment. If you need your products sooner rather than later, please leave a note during the check out process. Efforts will be made to respond to your request. Shipping options are available when you check out.
Coupon codes are periodically sent out via our monthly e-newsletter, on the homepage or through various social media accounts. These coupon codes are only valid for one-time use per customer. You must meet all purchase requirements stated to receive a discount or promotional offer. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any additional sales or promotions.
For orders placed via the website, there is a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. I would appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel an order. You can notify us via email or phone, and we'll confirm the cancellation via email.
For the aromatherapy consultations, there is also a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. I will make all efforts to reschedule within a 7 day time frame, however if you have to cancel for a 2nd time, you will be forfeiting your payment.
